when I try to look beyond the black

and the cross I have to bear

the only thing that’s telling something good to me it’s the sound of my guitar … keep on playing!

when you’re bound to see eternity

this old world is built on tears forevermore

but I will fly, on the wings of my new hope

i will rise again … no matter what I find

my new hope is like a growing rose

bringing courage from the inside

it’s a flame that burns in me eternally
