Tomorrow dawn it lights the way for me,

Down a road that goes on and on And on and on and on…

Just survivin’it ain’t the way to be.

Tried it once and it took it’s toll on me.

Meine Hände bluten vom Klopfen an der Tür.

Ich fiel mit dem Gesicht nach unten und schlug immer noch auf den Boden.

Aber ich rede auf meine Art, ich rede auf meine Art

Und dann rede ich weiter.

Morgendämmerung erleuchtet mir den Weg,

Auf einer Straße, die weiter und weiter geht und weiter und weiter und weiter ...

Einfach nur überleben, das ist nicht der richtige Weg.

Ich habe es einmal versucht und es hat seinen Tribut von mir gefordert.

Er zögerte, handelte nie im Jetzt.

Ich habe nie gewartet, mir den Schweiß von der Stirn gewischt.

Sie versammelten sich, also sah ich sie an und verbeugte mich.

Und ich werde mich durchsetzen, ich werde mich durchsetzen

Und niemals umdrehen.
