Last night I had a dream, 'bout you in a nice scene

I want to tell you how (it looked like but I can’t remember)

You were so beautiful and somehow really cool

Your body rocked my world (I was proud you that were my girl)

But then I turned around my dream just crumbled down

Suddenly it was all so blurry

I did wake up all wet and almost freaked out

Reality is just so raw, hard, cold and unpredictable

That I’d prefer to live a dream

Fancy bright and everything like it seems

Where all the things are possible

Jumping off a bridge and still don’t fall

I wonder how it would be

If reality was nothing but a dream

So I got back to bed, fell into the dream I said

But you were already gone (It wasn’t the same I don’t know where it came from)

The dream was all dark and gray, I wanted to get away

But I couldn’t find a way out (I realized it was a trap and freaked the hell

out)

But there was no way back

My thoughts got real, oh crap

The dream became reality

My thoughts were real insanity

Letzte Nacht hatte ich einen Traum von dir in einer netten Szene

Ich möchte dir sagen, wie (es sah so aus, aber ich kann mich nicht erinnern)

Du warst so schön und irgendwie echt cool

Dein Körper hat meine Welt erschüttert (ich war stolz darauf, dass du mein Mädchen warst)

Aber dann drehte ich mich um und mein Traum zerfiel einfach

Plötzlich war alles so verschwommen

Ich bin ganz nass aufgewacht und fast ausgeflippt

Die Realität ist einfach so roh, hart, kalt und unvorhersehbar

Dass ich lieber einen Traum leben würde

Von einer Brücke springen und trotzdem nicht hinfallen

Ich frage mich, wie es wäre

Also ging ich zurück ins Bett und fiel in den Traum, den ich sagte

Aber du warst schon weg (Es war nicht dasselbe, ich weiß nicht, woher es kam)

Der Traum war ganz dunkel und grau, ich wollte weg

Aber ich konnte keinen Ausweg finden (ich erkannte, dass es eine Falle war, und flippte zum Teufel aus

Aber es gab keinen Weg zurück

Meine Gedanken wurden real, oh Mist

Der Traum wurde Wirklichkeit
